Scott A. Karlins

Mr. Scott Karlins specializes in all aspects of documenting investigations. He has extensive experience documenting fire and arson scenes, failures or damage to industrial, commercial, and residential structures. He also provides video and photography documentation services for lab inspections. Mr. Karlins has designed and developed databases and solutions for the acquisition and presentation of both written and visual documentation of several large loss projects. He has extensive experience as an on-scene technician, coordinating evidence removal, transport, and logging of artifacts.

Mr. Karlins worked as a military contractor for more than four years providing video and photography documentation to the U.S. Air Force, with both ground-based and aerial unmanned platforms. He has also provided long-range Wireless back-haul solutions for video documentation of military exercises.
