Jason F. Stenman, AIA

Jason Stenman is an accomplished architect with more than 29 years of experience in both design and construction administration.  His expertise encompasses initial design conception, development, construction documents, and post-completion performance evaluation. He specializes in forensic architecture, providing expert consulting to attorneys in construction disputes and construction defect matters, as well as owners/insurance adjusters in matters related to property loss claims arising from natural or man-made events. 

Mr. Stenman utilizes his expertise in building design, codes and standards, ADA accessibility requirements, and construction means and methods to evaluate the performance of existing buildings. Mr. Stenman evaluates the work of architects and builders for conformance with the applicable codes and standard of care.
