Jake Korth has served as Chief Financial Officer of Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) since 2017, where he leads the firm’s finance and accounting functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, reporting, shareholder matters, and strategic financial initiatives. He also provides executive leadership for ESi’s information technology function and helps guide the firm’s adoption of artificial intelligence and technology-enabled business processes.  

Korth brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience across professional services, media, manufacturing, and public accounting. Prior to joining ESi, he spent 13 years with Turner Broadcasting, where he led financial planning and decision-support teams supporting the company’s Entertainment and Animation networks. Earlier in his career, he held roles with Deloitte, BioLab, and Reilly Industries. 

Korth’s experience spans financial strategy, operational forecasting, business analysis, organizational growth, and process improvement. Known for a leadership style grounded in accountability, ownership, and team development, he is committed to building strong organizations through capable leaders, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with distinction, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and has held an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license since 2015.
