Mr. Scott Goodley is a Senior Consultant that specializes in aircraft accident and aircraft maintenance standard of care investigations. Mr. Goodley has worked for over 45 years in the aircraft maintenance industry, beginning as an aircraft mechanic. He worked through the ranks as an Electrician, Avionics Technician, Shop Inspector, Quality Control, Chief Inspector, and Director of Aircraft Maintenance in civil aviation Part 91, Part 135 Charter and Part 145 FAA Certified Repair Stations. Mr. Goodley is an Aircraft and Powerplant mechanic with Inspection Authorization credentials. He has experience with a wide variety of aircraft including general aviation and business jets. He has maintained Cessnas, Pipers, Beechcraft and Falcon jets. Mr. Goodley is an expert in TCM, Lycoming, and Superior Air Parts reciprocating engines and jet engines, such as the TFE 731 jet engine, Pratt & Whitney PT6 and Garrett TPPE-331 turbine engine. He has testified in depositions, state trials and federal trials.
