Mr. Robert Plichta is a licensed architect focusing his practice in the areas of construction defects, premises liability and professional liability for law firms, insurance companies, adjusters, property managers and condo/HOA associations. He is an expert in national building codes, architectural operations, construction contract administration and peer reviews among many other areas. His work includes design and construction investigations, analysis, code and ADA compliance, installation means and methods, maintenance and repair solutions of buildings and sites, building envelope failures, slip/trip/fall incidents, loading dock accidents, construction site accidents and Standard of Care.

Mr. Plichta has been a speaker for The Department of Justice on “Accessibility in Multifamily Construction” throughout the United States and has authored and facilitated numerous courses on project management, construction contract administration, best practices and technical publications and has trained and mentored architectural professionals throughout the country.

His 35 plus years of architectural experience includes project types such as: commercial, educational, industrial, hospital, medical clinics, multifamily, senior living, retail, mixed use, hi-end custom residential and urban infill. He holds licensure in numerous states across the country and holds OSHA 10-hour & 30-hour certification. He possesses knowledge and experience with structural systems, building foundation systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems and fire sprinkler systems.
