Michael K. Bauer

Mike Bauer is a professional Aerospace Engineer and a highly respected member of the investigative safety field, offering over 25 years of industry experience helping teams succeed in both the public and private sectors.  He is a diplomatic and team-oriented individual who successfully coordinates testing and investigation components with multiple parties. He is able to navigate to an accident site or wreckage location for fact gathering and coordinate preparations for component teardowns and testing. Mike is an analytical investigator who methodically processes all data and ensures the correct answer is derived. One of the first pilots in the NTSB drone program, he helped create and implement accident site procedures for data capture and product creation for use by investigative staff.
