William Golden is a Senior Managing Consultant in the Resilient Risk Solutions Division of the Civil Structural Group at ESi. Mr. Golden has over 30 years of experience at all levels of government, having served as White House staff, as a Massachusetts state senator and as a City of Quincy city solicitor. He has experience as a government official, private legal counsel and business principal focused on environmental policy and regulation, renewable energy development, flood resiliency infrastructure and the development of related governmental institutional capacity, including national resilient risk issues and local resiliency infrastructure policy and development in the Port of New York and Boston Harbor. Mr. Golden has degrees from Yale University (BA), Harvard University (MPA) and from Boston University School of Law (JD) and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences at Stony Brook (SUNY)
