Serkan Sandikcioglu is a Senior Consultant in the Rail Practice Group, where he helps expand the firm’s rail consulting practice through technical project execution, client support, and business development. He supports rail-related engineering investigations, collaborates with internal teams and clients, prepares proposals and reports, communicates findings clearly, and helps identify opportunities where ESi’s rail, analytics, and technical expertise can deliver value. He also contributes to publications and presentations, builds professional relationships, and works to grow a sustainable book of business in the rail market.
