Mr. Kenneth Conuel Oralde is a Staff Consultant for Engineering Systems, Inc (ESi) in the Ann Arbor, Michigan office. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Bioengineering as well as a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering. At ESi, Mr. Oralde specializes in automotive accident investigation involving recreational and passenger vehicles through on-site inspections, data acquisition, and quantitative analysis of event data recorder (EDR) data.
Through his academic research and professional experience, Mr. Oralde has developed extensive expertise in human motion analyses through optical and inertial motion capture technologies, wearable sensors, and other biomechanical instrumentation for biomechanical analysis. His combined background in mechanical engineering and biomechanics allows him to evaluate the interactions between occupants, vehicle dynamics, and injury mechanisms in transportation related incidents and litigation matters.
