Jennifer Olmstead serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at ESi., where she leads the firm’s people strategy for a multi-state organization of more than 500 employees. Since joining ESi in 2020, she has advised senior leadership and the Board on talent strategy, culture, compensation, governance, and organizational effectiveness. Her work focuses on building scalable people systems that support technical excellence, operational performance, and long-term business growth.

She also directed the transition of ESi’s 401(k) plan to Fidelity, improving investment options and cost structure for employees, and introduced a more data-driven approach to health and welfare benefits. She has played a key role in two acquisitions and the firm’s expansion into the Northeastern United States.

Before joining ESi, Olmstead served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Board Member for Thyssenkrupp Elevator, Americas, where she developed legal, compliance, compensation, and performance management frameworks during a period of growth and acquisition activity. Earlier in her career, she held senior U.S. and global HR leadership roles at Siemens, leading change management, organizational design, executive selection, and HR systems integration tied to restructuring, mergers, and expansion. She currently serves on ESi’s Board Compensation Committee and 401(k) Committee.
