This session will provide a high-level introduction to risk assessments with respect to manufacturers, insurance professionals, and attorneys, covering topics such as definitions, applicable standards, and methods. It will focus on the importance of risk assessments in product liability litigation from a forensic engineering consultant’s perspective and some example case studies.
