WEBINAR: Septic Systems and the Dirty Problems They Create

CLE credit approved in the following states:  MN, IA, ND, WI
CE credit approved in the following states:  IL

Overview
When septic systems are properly designed, placed, constructed, and maintained, they effectively reduce or eliminate most human health or environmental threats posed by contaminated wastewater. However, they require regular maintenance, or they can fail. In this webinar, ESi consultant Mike Finken will review important concepts about septic systems, including common issues, reasons for failure, and various state and local laws that govern design, permitting, installation and maintenance. To highlight the challenges of navigating the applicable laws and codes, Mike will also review state and county regulations for Minnesota, and provide case studies to show how the right information and insights can be critical to successful resolution of an insurance or legal claim.
