Mr. Capser has 20 years of experience in automotive engineering, which includes working with commercial vehicles, marine, powertrain, and agricultural, and construction equipment.  Mr. Capser’s experience also extends to railway equipment, the nuclear power industry, and alternative energy.  He also has extensive involvement in the application of statistical and reliability methods.  His capabilities include data analysis and reduction, Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA), Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE), probability modeling and simulation, reliability test design and analysis, reliability modeling and simulation, Customer Usage Profiling (CUP), and Reliability Growth (RG).

Mr. Capser is also a certified Master Black Belt in all three primary areas of Six Sigma (DMAIC, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Lean Six Sigma).  He has 15 years of experience in teaching and certifying Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Black Belt, and Green Belt candidates.
