Scott is a licensed professional engineer with consulting, project management and forensic experience. He has an extensive background in mechanical systems, machine design analysis, safety and hazard evaluation, machine guarding, combustion mechanics, and fuel gas systems and components including fire, explosion and carbon monoxide incident investigations. He is also trained in asbestos abatement and hazardous material general site work. His expertise includes automated testing techniques and data acquisition in an engineering environment.  He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Minnesota. He is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Gas Engineer through the American Society of Gas Engineers.
