Mr. Dill specializes in high-risk training management, complex problem solving and has participated in accident investigations and post-accident training reviews of incidents involving parachutes, firearms, transportation, and explosives for various Airborne and Special Operations units. During his 31 years of service to the nation, he held numerous roles within the United States military including Chief of Staff for the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, State Inspector General (IG) for the Georgia Department of Defense and Commander of the prestigious U.S. Army Parachute Team, The Golden Knights, twice taking to the skies with President George H.W. Bush (41). A Green Beret, Mr. Dill's broad experience includes security assessments, resourcing and implementation of protection protocols and upgrades for facilities and personnel, security teams, work sites, oil refineries and small military cities abroad. Safety Officer and IG trained, his experience includes compliance and audits of procedures, policies and risk assessments. As logistics manager, Mr. Dill was also cross trained in fuel farms and pipeline operations, water purification and testing, driver licensing, maintenance, rail movement and aerial delivery of equipment and personnel.

Mr. Dill has worked in the defense industry the past three years on ballistic and blast safety, product development, testing, evaluation and ISO-9000 compliance. He provided training to various clients on firearms and other military equipment and was responsible for compliance and export licensing in accordance with the U.S. Department of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
